Georgia Onion Processors uses internal and external facility audits to ensure that all policies and procedures are up-to-date, functional, and effective. Our quality process includes a risk analysis to determine potentially uncovered areas within our system. Additionally, we continually utilize and maintain a root cause analysis system and a subsequent corrective action system to determine and eliminate any issues cited.

Georgia Onion Processors perform, at a minimum, an annual audit of our quality goals, policies, procedures and defects to maintain our food safety and quality system. We maintain a system that improves our processes and promotes positive change for continuous customer satisfaction.
